Lexi- Regarding the image quality- if you are setting up an IPM program at your museum, I would highly recommend investing in a digital microscope with a USB connection. The cost for “basic hobbyist models” is pretty decent these days, and it will really help with your images. The magnification doesn’t have to be super intense to get pretty nice images for general ID purposes. (Make sure it comes with a stand though- hand held images are usually blurry) Sometimes ID’ing comes down to pretty subtle things with antenna/wings/elytra etc that requires magnification, so a USB microscope would be a great worthwhile investment. Good luck.
