Claire, The first is an adult drain fly (family Psychodidae). The other is a dermestid beetle (Dermestidae). Specifically, it is a larder beetle. The fly is not really a museum pest, but it might indicate a plumbing or sanitation issue. The beetle, however, is something you don't want in or around your collections. -Rich
