  I think Perl 5 will always allow:

while ( doSomething(), someCondition() ) {
  doSomethingElse();
}

  I also think Perl 6 will always allow:

while ( doSomething(); someCondition() ) {
  doSomethingElse();
}

  ... but don't quote me on that.  Unless I'm right. ;-)
