Or could we even just go to that Mozilla corporation? Given that Mozilla is a Perl 6 supporter, would they be willing to handle earmarked Perl 6 donations in lieu of TPF (for a limited time, say 2 years)? Their major name recognition as a solid entity could be very helpful in attracting major donations prior to Perl 6's first production release.
