Perl ARchive, just like jar (Java ARchive).  "par" will be the utility
to create pars.  To run a par, you'd use a seperate utility (so an
end-user doesn't have to carry around all the extra junk associated
with creating a par)  Unfortunately, "punar" is difficult to pronounce
so we will have to go with the shorter, easier to speak "pun". :P

There seems to be two minds about this.  I think its perfectly
feasible to do now (perl2exe already does what par proposes) and
distribute seperately (and possibly with 5.8).  Others think its
better held as a Perl 6 utility and maybe make a prototype now.

Both can do their thing at the same time, doesn't matter.
