I'm not complaining about it. I'm bringing it to the table. I've been doing
perl for a number of years, and I still don't have the get*() scalar/list
memorized. I keep looking it up.
Its a useful feature. But not useful enough that I expedend the effort
to memorize them.
As Graham pointed out. It might simply be the list/array division.
