Here is the first bug, it appears to be a debian bug and not a parrot
bug.

And here is the second;

which is just asking for parrot to be updated.

So I think the parrot team can safely ignore both bugs. :-)

I don't think I explained this properly previously. The "primary
maintainer" is the person, or group of persons, who have upload rights
to debian.
