When building the rakudo-star-daily, precompiling Pod::To::HTML to PIR hangs on the parrot backend (version Cologne-138-gae9a738 ). It worked for the 2014.12 Star release. OTOH, installing (and precompiling) Pod::To::HTML with panda works fine.
