Regarding the "portable" idea: I meant that if we add the book on Windows,
we should do the same on other platforms.

About the other links: sometimes, applications install a HTML page with
more information. We could do the same, starting with an HTML page
containing what we have here: http://rakudo.org/documentation/
Maybe we can make it somewhat nice-looking, not just a plain black/white
page.
