PL research already gave up on that; natural language is too multi-valued,
and IIRC if you start from a conlang that is precise enough to be used for
programming and then try to use it as a natural language it develops
multi-valued complexities.  (lwall could probably tell you more than you
ever wanted to know on the topic....)
