Hi folks,
in the last days I tried several times with the respective latest svn trunk of
parrot to build perl6 to play with it, but always the build failed. I use
Debian stable vanilla Linux, no strange configurations. I can verify this
with a fresh install in a virtual machine if that helps.
I tried it with perl 5.8.8 (Debian package) and 5.10.0 (installed
in /opt/perl/ ).
What I did (here using perl-5.10.0):
svn up
svn export . /tmp/parrot
cd /tmp/parrot
/opt/perl/bin/perl Configure.pl
make
make -C languages/perl6/ perl6
Error message:
