All Str related tests haven been un-fudged in
t/spec/S06-multi/type-based.t and are now passing (after jonathan++
switched to the new rakudo mmd), and I can't observe any oddities with
type constraints either.

So resolving this ticket, if there are still troubles please re-open and
provide a test case.
