Whenever a release manager uploads a new bundle, he or she needs to change permissions for all new indexed modules to allow the PARROTRE group to upload new versions. Unless/until you're a release manager yourself, you can safely ignore this. (The implication is that Bernhard should go into PAUSE right now and check that he's not listed as the primary first-come, first-served maintainer for any Parrot modules.) -- c
