I looked at t/src/extend.t and the test marked as #39669 is followed by one marked as #39986 that compiles pir from a string, is not TODOed, and does not need to call imcc_init (the need to call it was dropped in r28973, RT#56538) nor include any imcc header. So all issues mentioned in this ticket seems to be solved and tested. -- Salu2
