(CC'ed perl6-compiler so that we have this on record somewhere) Hi,
I'm sorry to have missed the last #perl6-soc meeting, and even more sorry that I've forgotten to tell you in advance. My report: * Fudged, cleaned, copied and reviewed lots of tests * Monitored Auzon++'s commit. Very pleased. * added tools/autounfudge.pl to rakudo, so far it has helped me to identify about 20 fudge lines that were no longer needed. Needs more testing on non-linux platforms. .EOR So far everything seems to be going fine, no questions from my part. As a note to the rakudo developers, here is my very imprecise list of things that I feel would get many more tests pass: * .method working on $_ * my ($var1, $var2) * List assignment: ($x, $y) = (1, 2) As our 'spectest_regression' list constantly improves I'm also noticing that it takes longer to run it, pre-compiled modules (especially Test.pm) might help. I know that these things are being worked on. Keep up the good work. Adrian: In case you had any doubt, the mid-term evaluation from me will be positive.
