submit a patch against mod_parrot to update it to use what's currently
in parrot. there is certainly one or more parrot functions that can be
used to replace the functionality of string_nprintf.

i'm not sure jeff has a list for patch submissions, but if you submit
it to this list, either he or i will review and apply it. that is, if
it's not fixed before you get your patch submitted. however, if you
want to contribute, we'll certainly wait to see what you can come up
with.
