I honestly had not considered computer languages in my perameters of study. But because it is a common language used by a large number of people, and it's intent of meaning is constant it may be a perfect language. From what I understand about computer languages is this that they are based on a binary language consisting of zero and one and with thoes two numbers all the language that exists, the instructions that the computer will follow so that it can communicate with every other computer.
