Call for Release Managers

For 2008, I'd like to add a few more people into the rotation for  
doing releases.

You need to have already gotten commit privs for parrot, be willing  
to steer things a bit around the release deadline, and be able to  
release things to CPAN (Not as scary as it might sound.)
