It looks like nobody, besides the devel tool
./languages/m4/tools/frozen2yaml.pl, uses
Parse::RecDescent.
Does anybody mind if I remove it from trunk?
I have no objection. It's included in Bundle::Parrot
(http://search.cpan.org/dist/Bundle-Parrot/Parrot.pm), so it's not like
we're banishing it.
