Hi, 'languages/lisp' needs support for rational numbers. As a rational number PMC might be useful somewhere else, I propose that 'Rational' shoul become a general dynamic PMC. The implementation could be in in src/dynpmc/rational.pmc This could be a project for getting feets wet with Parrot.
