I have been thinking about writing a position paper on Parrot
configuration and am wondering what the best venue for it would be.
It would probably be too long for an posting to this list/newsgroup.
It would probably not have patches attached, so parrotbug/RT would not
be right.
Cet. par., I think the wiki would be a good choice. But, generally
speaking, wiki articles are meant to be open to editing by anyone. I
wouldn't want that in this case, simply because I'd want to have the
*original* version of the paper always available. What I want is more
of a longish blog entry upon which people can comment but which they
cannot directly edit (like use.perl.org journals -- but this would be
more Parrot-specific than would be appropriate there).
Suggestions?
