It's been a while since I've posted here! I contributed a few tweaks for Cygwin some time back to help it build a bit smoother, but haven't tried in the last 12 months due to work commitments. However, one thing I note is that footnote *1 in Platforms has become orphaned in r16662, which is ironically when it was changed to Broken. Nick
