What about prove(1) ? Are you going to make a version of it that uses
TAP::Harness ? And it so, will it be removed it from T::H ? (I hope not,
since it's part of the core). Or have a fork ?

The rpmvercmp() algorithm has been implemented in shell, python, perl, ruby,
java, and some gawd awful Oracle DB internal scripting language. Dunno about
Forth and FORTRAN, but little surprises me any more.
