We use TWiki internally at Yahoo! (I do not speak in any official capacity) and we have *lots* of docs (critical ones, I might add) stored on TWiki and I think it is quite industrial-strength, _if_ you can install it (which I have found to be difficult, but admittedly, I tried a long time ago).
