It is not that simple. The problem is that the same PPM repository is used by clients using older versions of ActivePerl, and none of those versions contain a PPM that could upgrade their bundled Scalar-List- Utils module. I think Gozer has some ideas about how to work around this in the near future, so I let him answer this... :) In the longer run we need to fix the whole PPM infrastructure to be able to upgrade core modules too.
