In which namespaces should Parrot store PMC methods and multi subs? 
Currently Parrot occupies these namespaces:

  __parrot_core  ... buitin multisubs like '__add'
  Integer        ... all PMCs with methods are in a toplevel namespaces,
  String                 with their class name
  ...
