While there are a lot of TODO items listed in the PIR file here, I
wanted to open a ticket on one that isn't:
$ cat foo-bar.tcl
puts {hello world}
$ ../../parrot tcl.pbc foo-bar.tcl
unknown option: !foobar.tcl!
SArray index out of bounds!
The dash in the filename is apparently confusing.
