Integrating svn with RT would likely involve getting everyone to set an
rt client locally and I'd worry about synchronization issues when a
commit fails/etc..

Scripting RT sounds like a better solution but I lack the privileges
needed to do this.  A 'patch applied' link similar to the 'resolve' link
would be great.
