Obviously, but how do you want it fixed? Is there a work around for that version of perldoc? Was the '-U' issue ever resolved? It's trivial to write a script to dump Pod from a file... why don't we just stop using perldoc? That would be easier then adding yet more perldoc detection logic to Configure. Cheers, -J --
