Another month - another release

* code freeze starts at 2005.08.04 at 8:00 GMT
  - no major code changes to trunk after that please
  - languages/* changes can continue but please check
    that at release time tests will pass (or fail silently;-)
  - bug and docu fixes & updates welcome
  - patches (ci's) to PLATFORMS about current state as well
* release will happen probably on Fri 5th

Release will be 0.2.3 from trunk. branches/leo-ctx5 still needs more 
specs WRT OO (passing of invocant, which is mostly C<self> is still 
missing)
