Don't be flattered. It's not a mark of quality. Certainly not from a human. :-) The key is that it's what a lot of people are downloading and using. Phalanx exists to update and improve the test suites on popular modules so that Ponie has a good solid test bed to work off of. So, like it or not, Crypt::DES must be popular enough to show up on the logs.
