My version has the following line:
# This file was automatically generated by Makefile.PL.
The best fix is to install Devel::Cover rather than trying to run it out
of an uninstalled directory. If that doesn't work, you may have some
luck changing your -I path to include blib/lib instead of lib/ under the
extracted directory, but as Devel::Cover includes compiled components,
making the paths work correctly may be difficult.
