You could try this:

  static int enum_class_Perl5cargo_cult;

  pmclass Perl5NULL dynamic extends Perl5cargo_cult {

    void class_init() {
      enum_class_Perl5cargo_cult = pmc_type(interp, "Perl5cargo_cult");
    }
    ...
  }
