Yes.  Free time has been pretty scarce recently and hacking time has to
compete with a plethora of other stuff.

Absolutely.  Anyone who would like to is quite welcome to work on this.
I don't even think it's too much work.  The Devel::Cover side of things
is all in place and available in the distribution.  What is missing is
some way of transfering the coverage datbase from one machine to
another.  Merging the databases and producing the consolidated web page
should already work.  I had wanted to store more information about the
environments in which the coverage was obtained, and to display that in
the report, but that it not essential for a first cut.
