Instead of primary sigils, what about secondary sigils on an array to
mark it as an unordered set?

@|foo = any
@&foo = all
@^foo = one   # can arrays be curried arguments? hmm
@!foo = none

After all, why should scalars get all the good secondary sigils? :)
