Thanks for your quick and gentle answer.  I guess I was briefly annoyed
by multiple off-list replies that basically told me to go away from p6l.

I have since rephrased my question as a proper Perl6 language question,
and hence should become a more fruitful discussion on p6l, where I think
it belongs.  Sorry for my temporary lapse of mind. :)

Cool!  How is it going? :)

My short-term focus is to translate Grammar.perl6 into Parsec, adding
missing bits (from small ones like <literal> to large ones like
<declaration>), and generate a reasonably typed AST from them.  Once it
works, back-translation to Grammar.perl6 should not be too hard.
