Change in plan on this one: We're going to shoot for the grammar as Perl will see it, and then factor it down into a bootstrappable grammar later. So whatever hook hashes we're going to use should be in there (though they may not be named properly). Basically, pretend Perl 6 exists and write it for Perl 6. Luke
