Only if that module doesn't have its own MANIFEST.SKIP.

Ok, that's good enough.  If you throw in pmfiles.dat$ that should solve your
Module::Signature problems.

The last few releases of Perl shipped with the wrong MANIFEST.SKIP file.
That's what I was looking for.
