parakeet's a newcomer to the languages directory, so i hadn't seen it
before. it has objects and functions, so it should fit in nicely with
mod_parrot. it's currently broken with all the changes that have been
going on, but michel is working on the fixes.

I need CVS access first, I created my perl.org account ("michel") but have been unsuccessful talking someone into adding me to the access file. Help? Please? ;)

Bah. I sent off a request. If you don't hear back in a day or so it likely means I forgot to tell you that this is done, so try it anyway. :)
