To be honest, I have not been following this thread so
I don't know if there is something special I have to
do to invoke this bug, but everything is wonderful for
me on Cygwin:
$ perl t/harness --gc-debug --running-make-test -b
t/library/streams.t
t/library/streams....ok
2/21 unexpectedly succeeded
All tests successful (2 subtests UNEXPECTEDLY
SUCCEEDED).
Files=1, Tests=21, 7 wallclock secs ( 4.03 cusr +
2.02 csys = 6.05 CPU)
