I was going to say that I thought that "cruel and unusual punishment"
was unconstitutional in the US. But then I remember that there was a
supreme court judgement that something had to be both cruel and unusual
to count. Sadly COBOL is still too common. Then again, because of this
I agree with Dan that having COBOL would be damn useful.
