Not AFAIK, certainly not from ActiveState. I'm not sure why; I thought that
their PPM repository was automatically kept up to date with CPAN. I'm *guessing*
that there's something about their build structure that keeps it from compiling.
I've had good success building Devel::Cover using MinGW. I found the info I used
here:

It's a little out of date (it references Perl v5.6) so I had to do a little
tweaking to make it work with 5.8. If anyone tries this and has problems, let me
know and I'll provide more detailed instructions. (I kept notes, but don't have
them with me at the moment.)
