Hi, this patch should make the 'Parrot m4' tests complete again. The problem was with the parameter 'erroffset' of the NCI function 'pcre_compile'. The letter '3' in a NCI function signature definition indicates a PerlInt, not a int. Thanks to Leo TÃtsch for pointing that out.
