No, they are both skipped.  I am doing a bit more
research on this because I had trouble with both
threading and a few signal type tests when building
Perl 5.8.4 from source.

Let me know if there is anything else you would like
me to do.  I plan on digging more into some of this
stuff and even learning a bit more C than just "hello
world", but my priority is wedding planning ;-)
