Cleaned up all the new spam, closed a few tickets, asked for clarification on some others - outgoing emails were being eaten by a grue for a while, but Robert says it's fixed now - I'll be sending out the correspondence manually in a moment - don't reply to those emails with more than a aye/nay, since they'll not get added RT automatically. (If it's just "yah, close the call", go right ahead and I'll do so.)

Does everyone with commit access have an RT account - we need to be able to assign blame... er, tickets to people for things they maintain. (which actually means, everyone with a MAINTAINER flag should have an account, not just committers) - either way, can we get a list of perl.org ids vs. people so the poor bug admins know who can be assigned what?

Regards.
