Does parrot want the socketpair implementation from perl5? I wrote code to emulate socketpair using IP sockets to localhost, specifically so that pipe() could be implemented on it and hence be select() able. Given that I wrote it, I don't see any copyright leakage problem here :-) Nicholas Clark
