PMC accessor macros come in a bewildering variety of forms, depend upon one another, are scattered throughout pobj.h, are generally difficult to decipher.

This patch defines yet another set of accessor macros, but these have a consistent naming strategy, qualified names, are declared together, and don't depend on one another.
