The file io/io_unix.c is failing to compile on OS X 10.2.6 with gcc 3.3
with the following error:

        io/io_unix.c: In function `PIO_sockaddr_in':
        io/io_unix.c:451: error: invalid application of `sizeof' to an
incomplete type
        make: *** [io/io_unix.o] Error 1

The attached patch adds a conditional include for sys/socket.t.
