Duh!  Sorry...  OK, I tried, that one.  It appears to be a Good Thing so far
as I can see, however it doesn't fix the languages make target.  This is
because in, for example, bf.in, there are these lines:-

PARROT=../../parrot
IMCC=../imcc/imcc

The patch I sent in (win32_languages.diff) deals with the *.in files for the
individual languages.  So far as I can see, the above patch doesn't. [1]

[1] It does fix up imcc.in, so I've attached my patch again with those
changes removed.
