In light of the insane amount of work that's gone into Parrot recently, I'd say it's about time to cut another release. What else would people like to slip in? This is not a freeze announcement yet -- I want to know what people think of the state of things they're working on first.
As for the version number -- Dan, if it's ok with you, I'd like to call this 0.1. Leo's got some form of exceptions in, which was the stated gate to 0.1, and with the EXEC stuff and a real live Python port, it seems to me that it's more than earned the name.
